If you're working for a Client that requires you to send a PDF version of an invoice to them, you can update your settings in Hnry to have that happen automatically.
To set this up, go to the 'Clients' screen in the main menu and open up the Client in question. In the main list of tick boxes for this Client, you will see the following tick-box:
Ticking this box will automatically attach a PDF copy of your invoice to any invoice emails sent to this client.
N.B. By default, this feature is turned off for new Clients created in Hnry. This is due to the fact that PDF documents are not secure and can be easily edited using readily available software. For the security of Hnry customers and their invoices, we recommend that Invoices are viewed using the web link provided in the invoice email.
