If you are experiencing issues signing in to your Android device, please follow the steps below as these should help to resolve the issue.

Step 1: Ensure you are logged into your Google Account on your device.

First, you will need to check that your Google Account is listed on your device.

  1. Navigate to the 'settings app' on your device.

  2. Go to 'Accounts and backup'

  3. Select 'Manage Accounts' at the top of the page

  4. Make sure that the email of the Google account that you use to access your Hnry app is listed on this last page.

Please note: If the Google account you use to access Hnry is not listed here, you will need to select 'Add Account' and follow the steps to add the correct Google account to your device.

Step 2: Uninstall and Reinstall the Hnry app on your device.

If Step 1 did not fix your sign in issue:

  1. Close the Hnry app, and uninstall this from your device.

  2. Search for the Hnry app in the Google Play Store and reinstall the app. This will install the latest version of the Hnry app to your device.

  3. Sign in using the same steps as you normally would - such as entering your email address and password, or you can try to sign in again using Google.

Please note: Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not impact any of the information that you already have entered on your Hnry app. This is just a reset to remove any sign in errors that you may be experiencing.

Step 3: Add a password to your account when signing in.

This is an optional step that will allow you to sign into the app on your device without needing to use Google.

  1. Click on 'Forgot Password' on the Hnry sign in page. This will trigger an email sent to your inbox with a reset token.

  2. Once you receive this, you will be directed to a sign in screen where you can enter your email address and a new password for your app.

This process will allow you to continue to use sign in with google after the password is reset, but also provide the option of using a password instead when signing in.

Keep in mind that after signing in, if your device supports it you'll be prompted to enable biometrics. We recommend enabling this for a faster sign in experience.

Step 4: Get in contact with the team.

If you have actioned Steps 1 -3 and you are still experiencing an error or issue when trying to sign into the Hnry app on your device, please get in contact with the support team here or by tapping "Having trouble signing in?" on the sign in page in the app.

We will then work directly with you to get this resolved!
